Inexplicable Delight

I remember watching Anne Lister here and thinking… god, how eloquent, and what an amazing perspective! The zest for adventure and appreciation of the minutiae of life and our brain’s ability to experience it all makes AL brim with excitement, and she gets me brimming! Brims a plenty! The anatomy behind our ability to breathe, feel, think, create – I mean, it’s magic, really. AL knew it, as did Sally Wainwright, as evidenced by her extraordinary writing. The delight on Ann Walker’s face at the thought of being so excited to be alive, especially as someone with mental illness, is beautiful thing to watch and made this scene even more impactful. Ever more reason to live our best life, always, even during mundane tasks. Inexplicable delight people, inexplicable! From henceforth, I shall hum a ditty or dance the fox trot/macarena (depending on my mood) while doing the dishes and I suggest you do the same.
