International Women’s Day

On International Women’s Day, we all need Anne Lister to tell us, “You don’t need to be frightened.” Whether we need the courage to embrace, accept, and act on our sexuality and sensual desires, apply for a promotion at work, follow a passion, chase a dream, move on from toxicity, stand up for ourselves, allow growth in a painful area of our lives, or seek out a task or responsibility typically held by men. Let’s not be frightened and instead embrace our own strength. We have infinite strength, all of us, we just need to tap into it and let the world see we are a force with which to be reckoned. I am woman hear me roar, or something like that. You don’t have to actually roar…I’ve been trying that all day and in general people don’t respond favorably. But who cares! Let’s get inspired today and just be who we are, shall we? Each day is packed with potential after all, right AL?
