Law of Motion
I love how Anne Lister stoops and grabs Ann Walker'’s wrist and clenches it a couple times to make her point. It was as if she was trying to transfer her emotion to AW...but as we all know, per Sir Isaac Newton’s law of motion, it would only prove successful if their eyes are horizontally level and their spiral hair ringlets are perfectly parallel on a slant on the chance that if two tiny love arrows were shot straight up from mini Cupid’s on the ground they would pass right through their ringlets and into the sky at exactly the same speed and RPM, only to fall and strike them both serendipitously. That’s how love is made. Actually Newton’s law of gravity states that ‘an object attracts another object in direct proportion to their combined mass and inversely related to the square of the distance between them.’ So…I am sure AL had studied Newton and therefore knew she HAD to stoop down so that she and AW were perfectly equal to one another to assure and solidify their mutual attraction and the subsequent gravitational pull between them in the bedroom. She’s a proper genius! But that’s old news. Also, not old news - don’t trust a word I say.
